Copyright & IP Policy
Seller rights declaration
Before publishing a product (and before republishing or making further meaningful changes to an already-published product), every seller must complete a rights declaration confirming they own or control the rights necessary to publish and sell the material, and that it does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of any third party.
Automated risk screening is not a legal determination
VOZERA runs a small set of automated checks against submitted rights declarations — for example, whether the supplied file content or the declared title/author matches another product already on VOZERA, or whether a file's embedded metadata names a different author or a known publisher. These checks produce an internal risk indicator only. A risk flag is not proof of infringement, and a single match never automatically restricts, unpublishes, or bans a seller. Higher-risk declarations are routed to a human admin for review.
Reporting a concern
If you believe a VOZERA product infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, please submit a report. We ask for your contact details, a description of the original work, the product or URL you're reporting, your basis for ownership or authority, a supporting statement, and a good-faith declaration. Supporting evidence you upload is kept private and is only accessible to VOZERA admin staff.
Submitting a report does not automatically remove or restrict anything — an admin reviews every report and decides whether to place a product under review, restrict its sale, or take no action. If a product is restricted and the report is later found to be mistaken, the product is restored.
Repeated confirmed infringement
VOZERA tracks how many times a store has had a product restricted following a confirmed copyright complaint. This is used to inform account-level review; a store is never automatically suspended or terminated purely because an unverified complaint was filed.
