Sellers must have the rights to everything they publish. Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to download the files listed on the product page; redistribution is not permitted.
Before publishing, republishing, or making further changes to a live product, sellers must complete a rights declaration confirming they own or control the necessary rights and that the material does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. VOZERA may run automated risk checks at that point — these are advisory only, never a legal determination of ownership or infringement — and may place a product under review or restrict its sale pending resolution of a copyright complaint. Digital content is supplied immediately only with the buyer's express consent and acknowledgement of the applicable effect on cancellation rights. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content and other consumer protections remain. See our digital content refund policy.
Platform fees, payout schedules and refund policies are shown in the seller dashboard. Abusive or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and withheld payouts.
